The Colossal Heads-Mammoths EP

The new EP from Colossal Heads showcases a heavier side to Indie Rock. Following in the footsteps of the 90’s to early 2000’s rock revolution these guys are here to make their mark.

These boys work hard, and play (musically) even harder, touring from New Orleans to California sleeping on floors all the way. The grass roots approach continues with their promotions, driving well-deserved support from local radio and Facebook. These guys just keep growing, ‘Mammoths’ their latest EP is just another step in their evolution, stepping outside the box and breaking the boundaries of Rock as we know it.

Proving he’s the real deal with new EP – Sherwinn ‘Dupes’ Brice

Sherwinn Dupes Brice SMALL- 1

Having already made a name for himself in his native country, Dupes is now focusing on bringing his own, catchy brand of pop to UK shores.

Having been compared to the likes of Bruno Mars and One Direction, albeit with a more urban twist, he is excited about the release of his debut EP, ‘From Saint Lucia With Love’, in the UK. Stylishly produced and slickly written, it’s little wonder that tracks such as lead single ‘Guilty’ have caught on in the Caribbean.

Singer-Songwriters Vidal & Curma on ‘Another Plane’

Currently splitting time between their Northern Italian hometown of Padova and the UK’s capital, songwriters Vidal & Curma are a duo making a name for themselves on the London circuit. Playing in some of the most prestigious independent music venues in the city, their reputation has already won them a residency at the revered Proud Camden, where they were invited for repeat showings by popular demand thanks to the innate energy and sense of fun in their songs.

Their music boasts a loose, anarchic freshness without compromising on quality, giving an acoustic twist on the indie likes of The Libertines, The Strokes, Mac Demarco, and Velvet Underground to name a few. But perhaps their closest comparison is less well known – both Vidal and Curma are huge fans of Django Reinhardt, a gypsy guitarist  from Belgium who was active from the 30s to the 50s. Reinhardt single-handedly invented the gypsy-jazz genre, and both band members consider him the best guitarist of all time.

His brilliance has clearly rubbed off, and the new three track EP ‘Another Plane’ is a real, offbeat, acoustic treat.

See Vidal & Curma in action with this live Tradiio session:

Specialising in writing songs about everyday problems faced by many, song themes vary from the difficulty of maintaining relationships nowadays, where everyone travels and moves a lot (‘Another Plane’), to everyday situations that can lead to deep contemplation (‘Tonight’). The final track, ‘Never Say Again’, is about the unpredictability of meeting someone special in a massive city like London.

With each track boasting different elements which make them special individually, the combination of all three tracks makes for a very consistent release. And it’s all tied together with an acoustic irreverence that really sets them apart from other, more pretentious, peers. It’s an approach that clearly works, with the band already getting the attention of Universal Music Group A&R Manager Fausto Donato. A sign of things to come.

This is the first release on Tradiio Recordings, a new record label set up to release the best performing artists on Tradiio, a music discovery app for iOS, Android and Web.

Vidal & Curma’s ‘Another Plane’ EP is due for release on August 10th.

Rock out with Kinky Dove and their new self-titled EP

3 track release set to be unleashed on June 15th

Born in in Australia but now living in London, Kindy Dove is the musical moniker of frontman Scott Wade and his evolving collective of musicians. Progenitors of gritty, driving rock, the group are readying themselves for a fresh assault on the music industry with a brand new three track EP.

Their particular brand of rock and roll, defined in many ways by the bluesy, post-rock growl of Wade on vocals, is currently in short supply both nationally and globally, and Kinky Dove are now looking to redress that balance.

For a taste of their punchy style, check out the video to EP track ‘Some Kind of Fool’, featuring an epic slap-happy montage of Hollywood moments.

The EP also features a remix/cover version of classic 1978 track ‘Another Girl Another Planet’ by The Only Ones – in this case titled simply ‘Another Girl’.

There is also a trance remix of ‘It’s Called Heartache’ on the EP. You can find the video for this at

The EP is online at

Produced by Chris Kimsey, previously of Olympic Studios, the EP marks Kinky Dove out as one of the earthiest rock bands on the scene. Fans of Scott Wade and Kinky Dove before they began working together, the producer understood the style straight away and the heights at which the music was aiming, and helped fuse that vision into the musical reality that Kinky Dove has become.

The CD was mixed by Wade. Studio legend Phill Brown loved the sound of the CD, commenting that the mixes were “open and alive.”

The resulting EP is a continuation of form from previous album ‘Kinky Dove vol. 1’, and the latest step in Kinky Dove’s climb.

‘Tomorrows’ Rising Star Adreyn Cash

Processed with VSCOcam with e3 preset

Alternative Soul SingerSongwriter Adreyn Cash announces the summer release of his new EP featuring two massive tracks

The EP, set for release this summer, will feature his already huge track ‘Anthem’, and the powerful new ‘Tomorrow’ which will be released on March 9th. With a sound resembling that of Lana Del Ray, Cash’s unique tracks ooze passion and innovation.

The single ‘Anthem’, which was released earlier this year, has already had great success. Inspired by his initial struggle with his music career, Adreyn wrote the song to remind himself of his unconditional love for the industry. The EP is titled ‘Rich Girls Don’t Marry Poor Boys’, taking inspiration from ‘The Great Gatsby’, and reflecting that sometimes in life we must put others before ourselves. Adreyn’s EP is about art, creating something that is transcendent, innovative and truly artistic.

Crediting artists including Bruno Mars, Miguel, Prince and Frank Ocean as his inspiration, the EP features a mixture of songs, some which are socially and politically influenced, and some that are about fun and love. It is Cash’s own representation of his world; “I want my music to bring light and knowledge to my generation…painting a picture with my voice and my words”, says Adreyn.

Having studied Commercial Music at Canterbury Christ Church University, Adreyn has applied his knowledge and artistic creativity to produce well written songs with strong vocal performances. With big plans for the future, it is safe to say this extremely talented artist is certainly one to watch.

With an impressive range of live shows under his belt, Adreyn’s attention has now turned to the release of ‘Rich Girls don’t Marry Poor Boys’ his first full length EP, set for release during August. The EP is an abundance of catchy rhythms and array of soul. The distinctive alternative/soul sounds delivered through his music are what make Adreyn Cash such an exciting talent. The futures bright!
